摘要
目的 探讨α 干扰素 (INF α 1b)治疗慢性乙型肝炎细胞免疫机制。方法 收集IFN α 1b治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者 3 0例 ,分别在治疗前、治疗后 1个月、3个月、6个月和 9个月留取血清标本 ,用MTT法检测血清白细胞介素 1(IL 1)水平 ,用ELISA法检测血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)和γ 干扰素 (INF γ)水平 ,并与 3 0例健康献血员作对照。结果 与正常对照组相比 ,慢性乙型肝炎患者血清sIL 2R水平升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,经IFN α治疗后 ,血清IL 1、sIL 2R明显升高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 IFN α 1b调节体内细胞因子变化 ,参与细胞免疫调节。
Aim:To investigate the cellular immune mechanism of INF α 1b in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 30 patients with chronic hepatitis B accepted INF α treatment,and their sera were gathered to detect the level of IL 1 by MTT method and that of sIL 2R and IFN γ with ELISA on pre and the first month,the third month,the sixth month and the ninth month after IFN α 1b treatment.30 healthy donors served as normal control.Results The levels of sIL 2R increased in sera of chronic hepatitis B patients.After INF α treatment,the levels of IL 1 and sIL 2R increased significantly.Phasic observation showed these cytokines increased in the first month,decreased in the third month and increased again in the sixth and ninth month except IFN γ.Conclusions IFN α 1b treatment may increase the levels of IL 1 and sIL 2R in patients with chronic hepatitis B and takes part in immune function.
