扶正抑瘤汤对肿瘤细胞端粒酶活性影响的实验研究

Experimental study of Fuzheng Yiliu decoction on telomerease activity of tumor cell

目的 :探讨扶正抑瘤汤抗肿瘤作用的机理。方法 :用 S1 80 瘤株接种昆明种小鼠建成 S1 80 实体瘤模型 ,采用扶正抑瘤汤等中药灌胃治疗 ,用端粒酶试剂盒检测肿瘤细胞端粒酶活性。结果 :各中药治疗组肿瘤细胞端粒酶活性较 NS(荷瘤 )组明显降低 ( P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :扶正抑瘤汤可以明显抑制肿瘤细胞端粒酶的活性 ,是其抗肿瘤作用的机理之一。

Objective:It is to study the mechanism of Fuzheng Yiliu decoction (FYD) resisting tumor. Methods: Kunming breed mice was inoculated with S 180 tumor strain to set up a model of solid tumor. The tested medicaments were administrated by gastrogavage. Telomerease checkout kit was used to measure the telomerease activity of tumor cell. Results: Compared with the control group, the telomerease activity of tumor cell in the treatment group decreased significantly ( P < 0.001 ). Conclusion:FYD can greatly inhibited the telomerease activity of tumor cell, which is one of the mechanisms of FYD resisting tumor.\;
