胃康冲剂及其拆方对消化性溃疡大鼠血浆内皮素及一氧化氮的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :研究胃康冲剂及其拆方在促进消化性溃疡愈合方面的作用和机制。方法 :用乙酸浸渍的滤纸片腐蚀胃壁复制大鼠胃溃疡模型。断头取血检测血浆内皮素 (ET) ;取胃组织检测一氧化氮 (NO)。观察胃康冲剂复方及其清热解毒、活血养血、通阳益气拆方对消化性溃疡大鼠的防治作用。结果 :胃康冲剂复方及其通阳益气、活血养血、清热解毒 3个拆方均可降低血浆 ET的含量 ,复方的作用明显优于通阳益气方和活血养血方(P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;各药物组均能提高溃疡大鼠胃组织 NO的含量 ,亦以复方组的作用为优 ,但组间无明显差异。结论 :胃康冲剂全方及各拆方对血浆 ET和胃组织 NO的恢复均有不同程度的促进作用 ,但拆方疗效不及复方 ,说明各类药物在配伍中有协同作用。 Objective:To study the effect and mechanism of Weikang granule(胃康冲剂) and seperated recipes on improving recovery of peptic ulcer.Methods:Gastric ulcer model was formed using the 100% acetic acid in rats.Blood sample was collected by cutting rats′ heads away to detect endothelin(ET),and gastric tissue was taken to detect nitric oxide(NO).The protective and curative effects of Weikang granule compound and seperated recipes of heatclearing and toxinremoving(HCTR,清热解毒),blood circulationpromoting and bloodnourishing(BCPBN,活血养血),and Yangwarming and Qireplenishing(YWOR,通阳益气)on rats were observed.Results:Weikang granule compound and its YWQR recipe,BCPBN recipe and HCTR recipe all could decrease the level of ET,but the effects of compound was better than that of YWQR recipe and BCPBN recipe(both P <0.05).All herbs groups could obviously increase NO contents in ulcer rats,and the effect of compound was the best,but there was no obviously difference among the herbal groups.Conclusions:All the Weikang granule compound and seperated recipes can promote recovery of NO and ET,but the effects of seperated recipes can not match to the compound,which shows all kinds of herbs are working in coordination.
