藏茵陈对大鼠肝缺血—再灌注损伤NO含量及肝组织细胞学的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的 观察藏茵陈 (ZYC)对大鼠肝缺血—再灌注损伤 (HIRI)的保护作用。方法  16只健康大鼠随机分为对照组、实验组 ,每组 8只 ,实验组每日灌胃 1次 (ZYC 0 0 5mg/ 10 0g体重 ) ,连续 7天 ;对照组灌服等量生理盐水。制备大鼠HIRI模型 ,缺血 4 5min ,再灌注 4 5min ,测定血清、肝组织—氧化氮 (NO)含量 ,观察肝组织细胞形态学变化。结果 对照组 :肝细胞肿胀 ,胞浆疏松化 ,空泡变性及局灶性坏死 ;实验组 :灌胃 7天、缺血—再灌注 4 5min后 ,血清、肝匀浆NO含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;肝组织细胞形态学观察 :其损伤程度、范围均较对照组轻 ,中央小静脉、肝窦、窦周间隙、小叶间静脉明显扩张充血 ,肝窦内皮细胞、枯否氏细胞明显增生 ,并见较多再生肝细胞。结论 ZYC可通过提高体内NO水平 ,改善肝组织血供、改变肝细胞形态学而减轻HIRI。 Ojective: To study the effect of Zang yinchen (ZYC) on nitrie (No) content and morphological changs in hepatocytes during hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury (HIRI) in rats. Methods: 18 rats were randomly diveded into 2 groups: control group (n=8); ZYC group (n=8). ZYC was taken (pre os) 0 05 mg/100g/d continually for 7 days in ZYC group, NS was used in control group using. NO content and morphological hepatocytes of the HIRI model (ischemia 45 min, reperfusion 45 min) were measured and observed during HIRI in various groups. Results: The NO content of plasma and liver tissue in the ZYC group were higher than the control group (p<0 05 P<0 01). Abnormal morphological changes of liver cells in ZYC group were ameliorated remarkably to during HIRI. While hepatocellular morphological changs were that center littervein, hepatic sinusoids, sinusoids, hepatic lobule vein was dilated, hepatic sinuososids endothelium cell,Kuffer cell singnficently were creased and nucleus regenertion hepatic cell was seen. Conclusion: ZYC can attenuate HIRI by improving NO content and increasing hepatic blood and changing morphological changs of liver.
