芦荟在细菌培养基中的作用探讨

The Role of Aloe in the Bacteria Culture Medium

目的 在实验基础上了解细菌在用芦荟替代蛋白胨、牛肉膏、血液成分制备培养基上的生长情况 ,分析芦荟在细菌培养中的作用和应用性价值。方法 用常规方法制备普通营养琼脂培养基和血平板 ,再用一定量的芦荟源液替代普通营养琼脂中的蛋白胨、牛肉膏和血平板中的血液成分制备培养基 ,将一定量的细菌接种于含不同营养成分的培养基中培养 ,然后进行结果比较。结果 致病性金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希氏菌均可在用芦荟替代蛋白胨、牛肉膏、血液成分的培养基中生长 ,且在一定时间内菌落直径均比普通营养琼脂中的菌落大。结论 一定量的芦荟成分可替代蛋白胨、牛肉膏或血液成分制备培养基 。

Objective: To understand the growth situation of bacteria in the culture medium that prepared with aloe in stead of peptone, beef extract and blood composition on the basis of experiment, and analyze the role of peptone, beef extract and blood composition on the basis of experiment, and analyze the role of aloe in bacteria cultivation and its application value. Methods: Prepare common nutrient agar medium and blood agar medium by ordinary method, prepare aloe culture medium with aloe source liquid in stead of peptone and beef extract or blood composition in common nurient. Inoculate certain bacteria in the culture mediums that contain different nutritional composition and compare with the common nutrient agar medium. Results: Pathogenic staphy. Prepared with aureus, paeruginosa and Escherichia coli all can grow in the culture medium that used aloe in stead of peptone, beef extract and blood composition. And in some certain time the diameter of colony is bigger than these in the common nutrient agar. Conclusion: On outside-body bacteria culture, Peptone, beef extract and blood composition can be substitutedly by some aloe composition
