摘要
科技信息污染直接造成科技活动在人、财、物上的浪费 ,延误科技发展的进程 ,影响我国科技信息在国际上的地位 ,同时 ,对于提高民族素质有极大的危害。科技信息污染的控制主要靠科技编辑强烈的责任心和过硬的业务本领 。
The pollution of scientific and technical information directly results in wastes of human, financial and material resources in scientific and technica l activities, delays the progress of scientific and technical developments. It i nfluences the international reputation of scientific and technical informati on of China, and simultaneously harms the increase of national qualities. The co ntrol of scientific and technical information pollution mainly depends on scientific and technical editors' strong sense of responsibilities and skill p erformances. Meanwhile, an expert system connected with retrieve data for review ing manuscripts should be employed.
