The Management of Document Information and Assets Assesment of Current Libraries

论述了当代图书馆文献信息资源管理的特点 ,包括建立综合化服务工作模式、形成自己的信息数据库、网上和非网上文献信息整序共存、进行集成管理和网络系统管理等。提出当代图书馆应从提高馆藏质量和利用率、处理好版权和传播知识之间的关系方面提高图书馆文献信息资产的社会效益 ;应建立新的资产评估指标以导引高校图书馆向现代化发展。

This paper discusses the characteristics on management of document information of current libraries,including compositive service,establishment of information database,integrated management,administration of network system,and setting document information which are online or non-online in order.Current libraries should enhance quality and utilization ratio of library holdings,properly deal with the relationship between copyright and knowledge propagation in order to increase social benefit of library assets.The new assessment indexes of library assets should be established for guiding libraries to modernization.
