本文主要从智能交通条件下交通事故救援子系统应用为例 ,结合专家决策系统和关系型数据库技术 ,探讨交通事故救援专家系统的开发与研究。

The paper,based on expert decision-making system and the related database,discusses the study and development of urban traffic accident rescue under the ITS condition by the sample of its application.
