摘要
文明语言在高校图书馆中发挥着独特的作用 ,本文着重从三个方面进行论述。促进馆员与读者的心灵沟通 ;缓解工作中产生的矛盾 ;充分发挥图书馆的教育职能。
Civilized language can make special action in college libraries.The thesis stresses the next three questions:promote linking up in them each other between librarians and readers,lysis some contradictories produced in librarians'working,give play to educating function of library.
