本文描述了先进的化工泵试验台(HBS—1)。该台将满足化工、石油化工各式叶片泵型式试验、研究试验和出厂试验的需要。最大功率2000KW,10KV三相交流绕线式异步电动机加增速箱驱动,电气串级无级调速,A级测试精度,电子计算机自动测试和控制。
This thesis describes the test bed, ( HBS-1 ) of anadvanced chemical pump. It can meet the test need of chemical pumps and petrochemical pumps of all kinds of vane pumps. Its maximum power is 2000KW. The 10KV three-phase alternating winding wire asynchronous electrical motor drives pump with increasing velocity box, which can be adgusted continuously, The accuracy of the test bed is a, and the data sample and measurement are controlled automatically by computers.
