针对我国电价管理的现状及存在的问题 ,分析了电价的成因和各种分类 ,并在此基础上提出了电价形成机制的改革和电价管理体制的改革设想。

For the present situation and problems in the electricity pricing management in our country,an analysis has been given the formation and classification of the electricity price.On this basis,a blue print for the reform of electricity price originating mechanism and management system has been given out.
