摘要
放弃Luenberger状态观测器理论对系统完全可观测性的要求 ,提出了一般离散线性时变系统的状态观测器的设计方法。对j =i,i- 1,给出了系统完全 (i,j,Ti)可重构的新概念 。
A state observer design procedure is presented for dicrete linear time-varying systems,without such requirement as complete observability in the well know Luenberger's observer theory.The necessary and sufficient condition for the new concept (i,j,T i)-reconstructibility, where j=i,i-1,is given.
