摘要
本文描述了高速电磁开关阀中电、磁、机、液耦合问题解耦的一种新算法。用有限元方法分析了耦合问题中的瞬态非线性场 ,并考虑到了磁饱和、涡流和衔铁的运动 ;非线性电子控制回路用与磁子系统相耦合的等效电路方程来重新表示 ,并用迭代方法进行并行计算。并进行了仿真与实验对比 。
High speed digital valve is an numerical control element which joint the computer and object.This paper describes a new algorithm for the simultaneous solutions of the coupled electric,magnetic,mechanical and hydraulic problems in the dynamic simulation of the digital valve.The transient nonlinear field in the coupled problem is analyzed by using the FE method,which considers the effects of saturation,eddy current and armature movement in the digital valve.Dynamic responses of the digital valve predicted by using this algorithm agree closely with the experimental results.
