摘要
在盘式离心机上建立了一系列坐标系 ,通过坐标系之间的姿态关系推导了工作基面坐标系相对于地理坐标系的姿态矩阵 ,在此基础上提出了将 2维水平仪安装于工作基面上 ,分别旋转主轴与工作台轴 ,测试一系列数据 ,对这些数据进行谐波分析 ,得出了工作台轴线与主轴轴线的平行度 ,并分析了平行度误差对离心机静态半径测试的影响。
Disk centrifuge with two axes can generate either constant or harmonic acceleration, and the parallelism of two axes has a great effect on the precision of the acceleration. In the assembling process of centrifuge the parallelism must be measured precisely, and corresponding adjustment or compensation measures must be taken. A series of coordinate systems is set up on the disk centrifuge,by way of the attitude relations among coordinate systems,the attitude matrix of workpiece plane coordinate system versus the geography coordinate system is deduced,on the basis of it,by mounting a two-dimension level on the workpiece plane,rotating the main axis and worktable axis respectively,sampling a series of data from the level,and carrying out harmonic analysis,then the parallelism of the worktable axis versus the main axis is gained.Finally,the effect of the parallelism on the measurement of static radius of the centrifuge is analyzed.
