摘要
大型橡胶轮胎传动的圆筒混合机由于力学行为造成传动侧支反力不均且过大 ,使轮胎发生弹性变形 ,增大了弹性阻力矩 ,使电流波动过大 ,减速机经常磨损、胶合 ,导致轮胎磨损严重而停产。通过力学性能及轮胎有限元分析计算 ,认为必须改进传统设计使筒体的转动方向与传动装置反向 ,这样可以在非传动侧均匀设置支撑 ,以减少主动侧、被动侧的支反力 ,即减少轮胎的弹性变形阻力矩 。
It is because of the mechanical behavior that the counter bearing pressure at the driving side of a mixing drum driven by a large-scale rubber tyre is not even and excessive ,which brings the elastic distortion to the tyre.Therefore,the elastic resistance is augmented , which makes electric current fluctuate excessively ,the reductor abraded and binded ,and the tyre worn out badly .Thus ,the operation has to be suspended.By means of mechanical property and finite element analysis and calculation of the tyre,the authors hold that the traditional design of the drum could be improved by making the body of the drum counter-rotate against the rotation of the driving device . In this way , the supporting device can be equally installed at the non-driving side so as to reduce the counter bearing pressures of both of actively and passively driving side of the tyre,that is , to reduce the elastic distortion and to prevent the reductor and the tyre from being abraded , therefore , to increase the work efficiency and the output.
