摘要
分析了当前的公差定义国家标准中存在的问题 ,结合运用公差最新的数学定义标准 ,系统研究了平面要素的公差以及误差的数学定义理论 ,以统一的方式给出了平面要素的形状公差、定向公差、定位公差及跳动公差的一致性条件及其严格的数学表达式 。
Text and diagram are widely used to represent tolerance on National Tolerance Standard of China in this paper. However this type of representation is not suitable for computer to represent and understand the semantics of tolerance. In this study, mathematical definition of tolerance and error for plane elements is studied. Four types of tolerance--form, orientation, position and runout tolerance are presented with mathematical expression . The condition for consistency is also given. An example is given to illustrate the benefits of this theory for tolerance modelling and evaluation.
