摘要
研制了一种基于红外分光光度法的新型水中矿物油检测仪器。仪器采用了液芯波导红外吸收技术 ,光谱视网膜技术 ,直接稳定光源辐射的稳光技术 ,高精度光源调制技术和安全、便捷、稳定的样品引入技术等自行研制开发的专有技术 ,具有优异的分析性能。稳定性和测量精密度好(RSD<1 %) ;灵敏度较现有同类仪器提高近10倍 ,检出限低达0.027mg/L(油/萃取剂) ;动态线性范围0.10~120.00mg/L ;相关系数R2>0.999。仪器可用于水中矿物油、动植物油 ,土壤中油 ,油烟中油 。
An infrared analyzer for detection of mineral oil in water has been developed. Special techniques are used in the designing of the instrument, including liquid core waveguide infrared absorption techique, spectral retina technique, source stabilization technique,high precision source modulation technique,and simple, stable and safe sample introduction technique. The instrument has excellent analytical performance: high stability and precision (RSD<1%),high sensitivity (10 times highter than conventional instruments),wide linear dynamic range (0.10~120.00mg/L),low detection limit (0.027mg/L,oil/extractant)and good linearity. The correlative coefficient R2 is >0.999. It can be widely used for quantitative determination of mineral oil in water, animal and vegetable oil in water, oils in soil , oils in oil smoke as well as residual oils on surfaces of semiconductor devices and other industrial products.
