硅酸盐制品盐霜的XRD分析

Analysis of crystal phases of efflorescences on silicate products by X-ray diffractometer.

硅酸盐制品的析霜既影制品的美观 ,又损害结构工程的力学性能和耐久性。为了找出析霜生成的原因 ,进而采取防治措施,作者采用X射线衍射仪对抹灰、黏土砖和煤矸石砖的盐霜进行了晶相分析。分析结果表明 ,抹灰、黏土砖和煤矸石砖的盐霜分别为无水芒硝、七水硫酸镁和六水硫酸镁。

The efflorescences on silicate products can reveal the quality of these products and have influence on the appearance and lifetime of buildings.In order to determine the characteristics of the samples of plastering,clay brick and coal scale brick,their efflorescences were analyzed by x-ray diffractometer. The crystal phases show that the efflorescences of plastering,clay brick and coal scale brick are thenardite,epsomite and hexahydrite, respectively.
