四针状ZnOw的微波吸收及微波-热转换特性研究 被引量:18

摘要 用四针状ZnOw为吸波剂主要成份制备了一种轻质高效吸波涂料,并对其在Ku波段的吸收特性作了初步研究。结果表明,在13.5~17.5GHz的Ku波段,上述材料雷达波反射率均达到-10~-20dB。进一步的研究表明,涂层的吸波效果与ZnOw针状体的长径比有关,在13.50~17.50GHz的频率范围内,控制ZnOw针状体平均长径比为30~50,可获得最佳效果。 ZnOw微波-热转换的初步研究发现,ZnOw及其复合材料具有优异的微波-热转换性能,当ZnOw针状体长径比为40~60的情况下,表观比重为0.15~0.18g/cm3,可以达到最佳发热效率。 A new kind of microwave absorption coating was prepared using tetrapod-shaped zinc oxide whisker as the main absorbing agent. Results of the experiment show that the composite coatings containing ZnO whisker shows good effect of microwave absorption throughout the frequency of 13.5-17.5GHz, and the effect is influenced by the aspect ration. Microwave-heat transformation of this kind of whisker and its composite were investigated, and the results indicated that the aspect ration and the apparent specific gravity affected the efficiency of heat generation. The beast efficiency will be attained when the aspect ration of the whisker is 40-60, and the apparent specific gravity is between 0.150-.0180 g/cm3.
