摘要
本文利用API-LC/MS探讨了痕量四环素的检测方法,证明该方法具备灵敏度高、定量准确等特点,符合国际上通用的检测要求。
API-LC/MS technology is applied on the trace tetracyclines analysis, the method is proven a high sensitivity and good linearity for determination of Veterinary drug, and could meet current needs for international regulations.
