摘要
工控机式的保护与自动化有很多优越性和广阔的发展前景。基于MIC2 0 0 0系列工控机和WINDOWSCE嵌入式视窗操作系统 ,结合自行开发的基于ISA总线的微机保护智能同步数据采集卡 ,本系统实现了中小型35kV/ 10kV变电站的微机保护和自动化的功能。工控机式保护装置的保护实现方法和基于单片机的继电保护装置有很大的区别 ,对用单CPU实现多路保护的算法作了深入的研究 ,通过采用并行处理技术和多线程技术 ,使得系统在多条线路同时故障时 ,仍能保证保护的快速性要求。文中对系统的硬件构成、系统软件的规划设计。
There have broad developing foreground in the fields of computerized relay protection and integrated automation of power system based on industrial computer. Based on MIC2000 modular industrial computer series, WINDOWS CE and computerized relay protection card designed by the author, this system realized the integrated function of the protection and automation of the 35kV/10kV electric power substation. There have much difference between the realized method of protection based on industrial computer and the protection devices based on singlechip processor. The author studies comprehensively the algorithm of multi-line protection achieved by single CPU and uses the technique of parallel processing and multi-threads. It makes the system meet the need of rapidity even if multiple faults on several lines take place simultaneously. This paper is mainly about the hardware structure, the scheme and design of software, the realization of protection algorithm and the realization of the under frequency unloading function.
