摘要
本试验是在数控车床CK6 14 2上设计了振动切削系统和测试系统 ,并对试验数据进行了分析。试验结果表明合理的振动切削具有一些普通切削无法比拟的工艺效果 ,主要表现为切削力减小 。
This experiment is carried out on vibration cutting,and testing system designed for numerically controlled lathe,and the testing data is analyzed.The results indicate that the reasonable vibration cutting has the processing effects,which are far exceeded those of some common cutting methods.They are mainly that the cutting force is decreased,and the processing precise and the surface quality are improved.
