δ-ALA-PDT对BXSB小鼠淋巴细胞凋亡及肾脏免疫复合物的影响

摘要 目的 :探讨δ ALA PDT对BXSB小鼠外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率及其肾脏免疫复合物沉积状况的影响。方法 :将 3月龄BXSB小鼠随机分成 4组 ,分别给予NS、δ ALA、PDT、δ ALA PDT治疗 ,观察其 2 4h尿蛋白的含量、外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率及其肾脏免疫复合物的沉积状况。结果 :δ ALA PDT组 2 4h尿蛋白的含量及其肾脏免疫复合物的沉积状况均低于其他组 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ;而外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率δ ALA PDT组明显高于NS组和δ ALA组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :δ ALA Objective:To investigate the effect ofδ aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (δ ALA PDT) to BXSB mice. Methods:32 male BXSB lupus like mice at the age of 3 months were divided into 4 groups, treated with NS,δ ALA,PDT,δ ALA PDT respectively. Twenty four hours urine protein, Peripheral blood lymphocyte apoptosis and the deposition of immune complex in renal glomeruli of BXSB mice were detected quantitatively after treatment. Results: Among the four groups, we found that the 24 hours urine protein, and the deposition of immune complex in renal glomeruli in δ ALA PDT group were markedly lower than others; but peripheral blood lymphocyte apoptosis, and δ ALA PDT group markedly were higher than NS and δ ALA groups. Conclusion: δ ALA PDT can put off the disease progression of BXSB.
