摘要
目的 :探讨开颅术后并发严重颅内感染的处理。方法 :对 17例开颅术后并发严重颅内感染的患者的诊治经过进行回顾性分析。结果 :17例患者经治 ,4例死亡 ,11例治愈出院 ,2例仍在继续治疗之中。结论 :运用有效抗生素和其它措施如引流颅内积脓、有效的降低颅内压、提高机体免疫力 ,能有效的控制感染 。
Objective: To study and find the treatment of severe intracranil infection postoperation on the brain. Methods: 17 cases who had severe intracranil infection were reviewed retrospectively. Results: Among 17 cases, according to Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS) 4 cases were dead, 1 case was in persistent vegetative state, 1 case was severe disability, 3 cases were moderate disability. 9 cases were good recovery. Conclusion: The results show that we to utilize efficial antibiotic and other ways to increase body resist ability, drain abscess fluid, and can control severe intracranil infection effectively.
