摘要
文章在F-VBR模型的基础上提出了自适应反馈码率控制算法,通过反馈确定视频编码帧率、编码目标比特率和量化参数,根据视频图像的内容对编码帧进行选择。在实际的视频电话系统Cool-Video中应用了该算法,取得了良好的效果。
An Adaptive Feedback Rate Control(AFRC)algorithm based on F-VBR model is proposed in this paper.The coded frame rate,the video bit rate and the quantization parameters are controlled by several feedback mechanisms ,as well as the frames to be coded are chosen according to the content of video.This AFRC algorithm has been implement-ed in the practical Internet Video-Phone'Cool-Video'and quality of video communication has been much improved.
