摘要
随着网络的飞速发展,以及网络应用的日益普及,相应产生了许多呈现出在分布式环境下特有的技术复杂性的课题,例如网络安全、网络性能评价、网络管理等等。同时由于多种操作系统的存在,使跨平台的远程系统维护和资源共享的问题变得更加突出。例如,在UNIX系统上安装的打印机如何能够被Windows客户机利用,以及怎样在UNIX主机上实现对采用Windows操作系统的计算机的维护和管理。该文基于套接字(SOCKET)和操作系统API,讨论了解决上述问题的方案,提出和设计了一种通用的模型,并根据这种模型示范实现了一个具体应用:用户信息查询。示范程序的运行结果表明了该模型的可行性。
With the rapid development of computer networks and the increasing prevalence of network applications,there appear many technical problems to be solved on the distributed systems ,such as network security,network performance evaluation,and network management.At the same time ,because of the existence of different types of operating systems ,the problem is more protruding when it comes to the system maintenance and resource sharing under cross-platform environment.For example,how to use a printer connected to an UNIX system from a Windows computer,and how to maintain and monitor the Windows -based computers from an UNIX system.Based on the SOCKET and operating system API ,this paper discusses a strategy to solve the problem by proposing a unified architectural model.According to the model,we have implemented an example program:User Information Inquiring.The result of the example program shows the feasibility of the model.
