摘要
目的 探讨了米非司酮引产对新生鼠脑组织超微结构的影响。方法 将 10只孕鼠随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组各 5只。孕 2 0 d给实验组母鼠灌服米非司酮 (12± 1) m g加麻油 1m L 引产 ,对照组母鼠灌服麻油 1m L。产后 2 4h内随机取新生鼠每窝 1只 ,取右侧大脑顶叶皮质组织进行电镜观察及体视学分析。结果 与对照组相比实验组新生鼠脑组织可见 :1神经细胞肿胀、坏死 ;2神经毡肿胀 ,局部结构破坏 ;3突触连接减少 ;4对照组神经元线粒体数密度大于实验组 ,平均体积小于实验组 ,体积密度两组无明显差异。
Objective The effect of mifepristone (used for labor induction in term pregnancy) on the ultrastracture of neonatal rat cerebral tissue was investigated.Method Ten pregnant rats were divided into an experimental group (n=5) and a control group (n=5) randomly.On the 20th day of gestation,rats of the experimental group were given sesame oil 1 mL and mifepristone (12±1)mg,while the control rats were given only sesame oil 1 mL.After labor,a neonatal rat was picked out from each nest randomly.The cortical tissues of its right parietal cerebrum were obtained and prepared for electron microscopical observation and analysed by stereology,compared with those of control group.Result The cerebral tissue of the experimental group showed the following morphological changes:①Neurons were swollen or necrotic;②Neuropil was swollen and partially damaged;③Synaptic connections decreased in number;④The numerical density of mitochondria in experiment group was decreased,while that in control group was increased,but the volume density showed no significant changes in the two groups.Conclusion Mifepristone used for labor induction in term pregnancy could make ischemia-hypoxia changes in cerebrums of neonatal rats.
