树鼩基底前脑的胆碱能神经元分布

摘要 目的 :研究树基底前脑的胆碱能神经元的细胞特征、分布特征及比例。方法 :用细胞免疫组织化学技术。结果 :树基底前脑的胆碱能神经元分为Ch1~Ch4 4群。Ch1分布于内侧隔核 (MS)的外侧和靠中线处 ,占 2 1.6 % ,细胞多为卵圆形 ,胞体直径 11~ 13μm ,突起 1~ 2条 ;Ch2与非胆碱能细胞混杂或呈簇状分布于斜角带核垂直支 (VDB) ,占 6 4 % ,胞体以卵圆形为主 ,直径 13~ 16 μm ,突起 2~ 3支 ;Ch3均匀分布于斜角带核水平支 (HDB) ,但内侧部的较密 ,占 5 1.2 % ,外侧部的稀疏 ,仅占 2 1.7% ,胞体也多呈卵圆形。直径 12~ 16 μm ,突起多为 1条 ;Ch4均匀分布于Meynert基底核 (NB) ,占 6 8.1% ,胞体深染 ,形态多样 ,直径 14~ 17μm ,突起少。结论 :树基底前脑的胆碱能神经元的分布与大鼠、猴的基本类似。 Objective:To sdudy the cellular feature,distributing characteristics and proportion of tree shrew forebrain cholinergic neurons. Methods: Technique of cytohistoimmunoreactivity was used. Results: Forebrain cholinergic neurons of tree shrew were divided into 4 groups numbered Ch1-Ch4. Ch1 ditributed in lateral and midline portion of nucleus medial septum(MS), and the proportion was 21.6%. The cells mainly were oval, 11-13 μm in diameter. Each cell had 1-2 processes;Ch2 distributed in vertical division of diagonal band(VDB),dispersed among noncholinergic cells or was cluster.Its proportion was 64%.The cells were primarily oval, 13-16*#μm in diameter. Each cell had 2-3 processes; Ch3 ditributed evenly in horizontal division of diagonal band (HDB),but the cells were compact in medial portion (51.2%), and sparse in lateral part (21.7%).The cells were mainly oval as well, 12-16*#μm in diametre. Each cell had 1 process;Ch4 distributed evenly in Meynert nucleus basalis(NB),proportioned 68.1%. The cells were stained heavily, 14-17*#μm in diameter,with multiplicate shapes, and the cellular processes were sparse. Conclusion: The distributing charactristics of tree shrew forebrain cholinergic neurons were similar to those of rat and monkey.
