猕猴桃汁对老龄大鼠肝脏β肾上腺能受体的影响

The Effects of KiWi Juice on β-Adrenergic Receptor of Old-Rat Liver

目的 :了解猕猴桃汁对老龄大鼠肝细胞膜 β肾上腺素能受体的影响。 方法 :用猕猴桃汁喂养 15月龄大鼠 5个月 ,测定大鼠肝细胞膜 β肾上腺素能受体数目、亲和力以及丙二醛 (MAD)含量。 结果 :大鼠肝脏 β肾上腺能受体数目无显著变化 ,但亲和力增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;肝细胞膜及胞浆中MDA也有下降趋势。结论 :猕猴桃汁对老龄大鼠肝细胞膜 β肾上腺素能受体具有一定的保护作用。

Objective:To investigate the effects of KiWi juice on β adrenergic receptor of old rat liver. Methods: Ten 15 month aged rats were treated with KiWi juice for 5 months, and ten rats of the same age without KiWi treatment were as control. The β adrenergic receptor density ,the affinity and MDA content of the rat liver were measured.Results: The β adrenergic receptor density of the rat liver cell membrane had no change,but the affinity significantly increased and the levels of MDA in the membrane and cytoplasm of the liver cell tended to decrease.Conclusion: KiWi juice has protective effect on β adrenergic receptor of old rat liver.
