摘要
文章提出了一种新的基于显式速率控制机制的拥塞控制算法,它的基本思想是扩展显示速率的功能,使其不仅反映网络的负载水平,而且反映缓存的使用情况。由于控制算法的连续性,减少了振荡。仿真表明该算法具有公平性并对网络状态的改变能够快速响应。
This paper presents a new ER-based congestion control algorithm.The main idea of this algorithm is extend ER function,and make it not only indicate the load level,but also indicate the information of buffer.Oscillation reduce due to continuous function.Simulation results show that the algorithm is fair to all the connections and it converges fast when the network condition changes.
