摘要
目的:建立一种测定蛋白质的新方法。方法:利用溴百里酚蓝与蛋白质的结合反应,在615nm波长处测定体系的吸光度。结果:试验的线性范围为11.3-800 mg/L,回收率为 95. 0%-105.6%。平行样品的相对标准偏差为3.28%,工作曲线线性良好,回归系数为r=0.9980。结论:方法简单,准确快速,线性范围较宽,重现性好。
Aim: To establish a new method to determine protein. Methods: Through the reaction between protein and bromthymol blue, the absorption of the system was measured at 615 nm. Results: The linear range was 11.3-800.0 mg/L, the recovery ratio was 95.0% - 105.6% . The relative standard deviation of parallel sample was 3.28% , the standard curve had better linear characteristic and the regression coefficient of the curve was 0.998 0. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and quick with a wider linear range and a better repeatability.
