摘要
目的:探讨眼挫伤的视网膜电流图(ERG)和视觉诱发电位(VEP)改变特征。方法:对1994年8月至2000年6月的204例单眼挫伤患者的ERG和VEP检查资料进行回顾性研究。结果:①挫伤眼a、b波波幅均降低(P<0.01),b波峰潜时延迟(P<0.01);挫伤眼视力≥0.1者P100波的峰潜时延迟(P<0.001),波幅降低(P<0.01);挫伤眼视力<0.1者F-VEP各波峰潜时延迟(P<0.01)。③电生理各波异常发生率依次为a波降低(65.7%)>b波降低(47.5%)>VEP波降低(37.3%)>VEP波延迟(35.3%)>b波延迟(32.4%)>b波亢进(12.3%)>a波延迟(8.3%)>a波亢进(5.4%)。③单一波型异常为30.4%;复合波型异常为69. 6%,主要为ERG+VEP异常(49.5%),其次为ERG异常(19.l%)。结论:服挫伤后先出现的电生理波型易发生波幅降低,后出现的波型易发生峰潜时延迟;49.5%的病例同时出现ERG和VEP异常。
Aim: To study the characteristics of the electroretinogram(ERG) and visual evoked potential(VEP) after ocular contusion. Methods: The ERG and VEP data of 204 cases of the single eye contusion from August 1994 to June 2000 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: ① The amplitudes of wave a and b were decreased ( P < 0.01), and the latency of wave b was delayed ( P < 0.01). In the cases with the vision of 0.1 or higher, P100 was obviously decreased ( P < 0.01) and delayed( P < 0. 01). In the cases with the vision under 0.1, waves of F-VEP were delayed ( P < 0.001). ② Abnormal frequencies of waves were reduction of wave a (65.7 % ) > reduction of wave b (47.5 % ) > reduction of VEP(37.3 % ) > delay of VEP (35.3%) > delay of wave b (32.4%) > increase of wave b (12.3%) > delay of wave a (8.3%) > increase of wave a (5.4%). ③Abnormality in single wave was 30.4% and in compound waves which mainly included abnormality of ERG and VEP(49.5%) and compound abnormality of ERG( 19.1 % ) was 69.6% . Conclusions: In electrophysiological examination of eye contusion, reduction of amplitude often occurs in earlier waveforms while delay of latency often occurs in later waveforms. More than half cases simultaneously reveal the abnormality of ERG and VEP.
