摘要
根据注塑行业的生产特点,确定了该行业实施CIMS的两条工作主线:建立基于PDM模具制造项目管理;建立基于MRPII哲理,以产品(注塑件)生产为核心的信息管理系统。详细介绍了CIMS各分系统的功能,研究了各分系统之间信息集成方案。
According to the productive characteristics of injection industry,two main process lines of CIMS' application are confirmed:the die making project management based on PDM,the product management information system based on MRPII theory.The function of subsystems of CIMS is introduced in detail,then the scheme of information integration is put forward.
