Collaborative learning has become an inevitable direction as modern distance education. After analyzing the function requirements for collaborative environment over supporting environment, this paper presents a novel design for an IP multicast-based --collaborative learning environmentWeblearning+ in terms of its old versionWebLearning's deficiencies, then gives an introduction of its system architecture and functions.In particular, addresses the implementation of its key techniques.
