The upsurge of Java has already spreaded all over the world today, but there is not full consideration on the multi characterset at the beginning of Java design. For this reason,some problems remain in many Java applications up to now such as Chinese or other coding bugs . This paper analyses the Java coding , explores the root of these problems and introduces several resolutions at the same time.
