摘要
针对国内软件开发管理现状,所开展的第三方软件质量保障(SQA)的实践工作和实施研究仍处于起步阶段。在总结实际工作的基础上,提出了基于软件开发过程管理,与开发小组同步的SQA工作流程,以及为确保实施成功所采取的技术策略和非技术策略。
Practices and researches on the third-party SQA process, which is more helpful for domestic sofhvare development management, is still at the beginning. Based on a practical work, this paper prompts a SQA working flow and some technical and non-technical tactics to ensure a successful SQA.
