摘要
在广泛应用的格里森计算程序HGM中,由于存在二阶近似计算误差,难以利用计算结果直接获得良好的齿面接触区,而且接触区的位置、长宽和对角接触现象相互影响,不能单独调节和修正,需较长时间反复调整。本文分析了格里森公式的二阶计算误差,并进行了充分的精确计算的切齿实验。实验证明,在消除了格里森公式的二阶误差后,能直接获得良好的齿而接触区。接触区的位置、长宽和对角接触现象也能方便地调整和修正。
It is difficult to obtained satis-fac ory resul s directly using the results calculated by gleason formulas or proagrams for cutting the hypoid gears, This paper analyzes the second order errors because of approximate calculations of gleason formulas.
A variety of cutting tests have inicated that by using the machine setting parameters calculated by the second order accurate method, may be abtained for the required tooth contact pattern which has the right place, the length, the width and the direction those had been given in the gear pairs design.
