This paper introduces a new method for the detection of gene expression in the transgenic plants, i.e. the method of In situ immuno hybridization. It has many advantages, such as easily operable, effective and feasible , and it has a small need for instruments. It applies to molecular detection of transgenic plants for a particular use at a translational level.
