摘要 Pto基因编码丝氨酸 /苏氨酸蛋白激酶 ,对番茄细菌病具有良好抗性。Pti5是与Pto互作的蛋白质 ,Pti5蛋白与广泛存在的病程相关蛋白基因 (PR基因 )中的顺式元件相结合 ,可增强PR基因的表达 ,为提高植物抗病性提供了有效的途径。本研究将Pti5基因构建到植物双元表达载体 pBI12 1上 ,获得pBI12 1UCH1重组质粒 ,并将该质粒转化到根癌农杆菌LBA4 4 0 4中 。 Pto gene encodes a serine /threonine protein kinase that confers resistance to tamato bacterial speck disease Pti5 gene encodes protein that interacts with Pto Pti5 protein specifically recognizes and combines with a cis element which is present in the promoter region of a large number of genes encoding 'pathogenesis related'(PR)proteins In this way Pti5 can enhance the expression of PR genes and provide a new approach to the improvement of disease resistance of crops In this research, Pti5 gene was inserted into plant expression vector pBI121, and recombinant plasmid pBI121UCH1 was obtained The recombinant plasmid was transformed to Agrobacterium tumefaciens LB4404, which provides a new vector for the transformation of Pti5 gene by Agrobacterium transformation system
