摘要
建立桔梗总次皂苷制备的方法 ,即桔梗总皂苷 3%KOH的溶液微沸回流反应 0 5h后 ,稀盐酸中和至 pH为 4 ,以甲醇与正丁醇的混合溶剂萃取 3次 ,合并有机相并浓缩即得桔梗总次皂苷 ,其平均产率为6 3 38%。该方法操作简单 。
