论吉林省小城镇的建设与发展

On the Construction and Development of Small Towns in Jilin Province

在对吉林省小城镇的现状进行调查研究的基础上 ,分析了小城镇建设中存在着规模偏小、资金短缺、户籍限制等问题 ,提出了加快小城镇发展必须着重解决农民进城动力、迁移成本过高、政府短期行为。

Based on the investigation and study of the construction of small towns in Jilin province, many problems in this aspect were discussed, such as limitation of economic scale, shortage of capital, restriction on the domicile system, etc. Furthermore, questions that must be emphasized and resolved in order to accelerate the construction of small towns and then promote the development of Jilin province were explicated. They are motivation of peasants′ pouring into urban areas, higher migration cost, short term behavior of government and optimization of resource allocation
