摘要
研究交配对棉铃虫雌蛾生殖的影响。结果表明 :(1)有效交配明显刺激卵巢发育与产卵 ,交配后 2 4h ,交配蛾的卵巢与体重比值较同龄处女蛾提高 5 6 6 %。交配雌蛾一生产卵量是处女雌蛾的 1 8倍 ,差异极显著。大量卵的产出使交配后雌蛾体重锐减 ,死亡时只有羽化时的 4 5 2 % ,明显低于处女雌蛾。 (2 )有效交配极显著抑制了雌蛾的求偶 ,使雌蛾求偶率降低 87 1%。 (3)交配使 3日龄雌蛾的性信息素在 2h后下降 91%。 (4)已有效交配的雌蛾当晚不再交配 ,表现出典型的拒绝行为。 (5 )有效交配雌蛾寿命为 10 4d ,显著短于无效交配的雌蛾 (15 6d) ,极显著短于单头饲养雌蛾(18 9d)。
Experiments demonstrated that valid mating stimulated ovarian development and oviposition.Twenty four hours after valid mating,the ratio of ovarian wet weight to body weight increased 56 6%.Valid mated females laid 1 8?fold more eggs than virgin ones,the increased egg laying resulted in the significant decrease of body weight.In contrast,valid mating decreased 87 1% calling behavior and inhibited 91% pheromone production.Moreover,valid mated females behaved in a sexually unreceptive fashion within 12 h following copulation.In addition,a valid mated female lived significantly shorter,only having 10 4 days of life span,compared to 15 6 days of invalid mated female and 18 9 days of virgin one.
