摘要
采用交配基因型遗传标记的香菇野生株Q与栽培株苏香的孢子单核体和原生质体单核体进行完全亲和双 单杂交 ,并对杂交后代进行了遗传分析。显著性检验表明 ,供试菌株的菌丝生长速率及CMC酶活力均达到极显著差异水平。RAPD结果分析表明 ,6个杂交菌株在DNA水平上具有很高的相似性 ,但来源于原生质体单核体的杂交后代与来源于孢子单核体的杂交后代存在不同程度的差异。酯酶同工酶结果显示 ,来自孢子单核体的杂交后代比来自原生质体杂交后代的变异程度高。两种不同来源的杂交后代在农艺性状方面具有不同的变异范围。
Di mon mating a wild strain Q and sporualated monokaryons (SM) and protoplasted monokaryons(PM)of Suxiang derived from a cultured strain of Lentinula edodes were carried out and their hybrids were analysed.RAPD analysis indicated significant DNA similarity among six hybrids but showed a varying difference between ones from SM and hybrids from PM.F test displayed that the strains tested had a marked difference in the growth rate of mycelium and CMC enzyme activity.Hybirds of SM had higher variation than that of PM in esterase isozyme,and variation range of hybirds from SM was different from that from PM in agronomic characteristics.
