摘要
对粉拟青霉和细脚拟青霉 r RNA基因内转录间区 (ITS)和 5 .8Sr RNA基因进行了克隆和测序 ,并将之与在 Cen Bank中已登录的粉拟青霉和细脚拟青霉的同类序列比较 ,发现 Park etal.登录的粉拟青霉 (登录号 AF2 3 7664)是一个不正确的序列 ,实际是细脚拟青霉的序列。
The ITS1 5 8S ITS2 rDNA region of Paecilomyces farinosus and P. tenuipes were amplified, cloned and sequenced. These sequences were compared with those of other P.farinosus and P.tenuipes registered in GenBank. The results showed that the ITS of P.farinosus (AF237664) sequenced by Korean researchers was actually that of P.tenuipes,and 3 unidentified isolates of Paecilomyces (KACC40219,KACC40221,KACC40222) were identified as P.farinosus based on molecular data.It is suggested that the ITS1 5 8S ITS2 rDNA region was used to classified P.farinosus as subspecies and the special primers and probes of P. farinosus and P.tenuipes were designed as diagnoses in bioassays.
