摘要
研究不同锰源及锰水平对产蛋母鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明 :饲粮中不论添加硫酸锰还是蛋氨酸锰 ,不同锰水平对母鸡采食量、产蛋总重、产蛋率和平均蛋重均无显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而且在相同锰添加水平下 ,不同锰源间差异亦不显著 (P>0 .0 5 )。饲粮中添加硫酸锰 ,不同锰水平对料蛋比影响不显著 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但饲粮中添加蛋氨酸锰且锰添加水平达到 1 2 0 mg/ kg时 ,可降低料蛋比 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且与饲粮锰添加水平相同的硫酸锰相比 ,差异亦显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。饲粮低锰 (3 1 .91 mg/ kg Mn)导致畸形蛋、软壳蛋和破壳蛋比例显著增加 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1 ) ,饲粮中无论添加硫酸锰还是蛋氨酸锰 ,当锰添加水平达到 60 mg/kg时 ,均可显著降低畸形蛋、软壳蛋和破壳蛋比例 (P <0 .0 5或 P <0 .0 1 ) ,而且在相同锰添加水平下 ,与硫酸锰相比 ,饲粮中添加蛋氨酸锰 ,畸形蛋。
An experiment was conducted to study the effects of different manganese levels and sources on performance of laying hens.The results showed that there were no significant differences in feed intake,total egg weight, egg production or average egg size among different manganese levels when the basal diet was supplemented with Mn from either MnSO 4·H 2O or Mn Met (P>0 05). There were no marked differences between MnSO 4·H 2O and Mn Met as well (P>0 05). When manganese source was MnSO 4·H 2O,different manganese levels had no significant effect on feed egg ratio (P>0 05).But manganese source was Mn Met and dietary supplemental manganese increased from 0 to 120 mg/kg, feed egg ratio was reduced markedly (P<0 05),and there was also obvious difference compared with MnSO 4·H 2O.The dietary manganese deficiency (31 91 mg/kg Mn) resulted in the increase of the percentages of malformal, soft and broken eggs significantly (P<0 05 or P<0 01). The percentages of malformal,soft and broken eggs were decreased significantly as dietary supplemental manganese increased from 0 to 60 mg/kg (P<0 05 or P<0 01), and the effect of Mn Met improving egg shell quality was better than that of MnSO 4·H 2O.
