摘要
通过对两个不同密封座面直径的喷嘴分别在手压式喷油器校验器上和喷油泵试验台上所做的对比试验进行分析后 ,解释了喷油器在手压式喷油器校验器上检验时发出响声产生的机理。通过数据的频谱分析发现 。
This paper explains the mechanism of nozzle spray noise while it is tested on a nozzle tester through analyzing experimental results of two kinds of nozzles with different diameters of needle seat on nozzle tester and injection pump teststand.The nozzles of different design parameters can emit noises with different frequencies which are also illuminated in this paper by an investigation of the spectrums of signals.
