摘要
从分析计算 (包括应力计算和疲劳强度计算 ,应力计算主要概述目前普遍应用的有限元方法 )和试验研究两方面论述了内燃机曲轴强度研究的现状和进展 ,讨论并展望了在曲轴强度的设计预测中尚待进一步研究的计算边界条件处理。
Crankshaft strength is one of important aspects to assure reliable operation of internal combustion engines.In this paper,the status and developments of crankshaft strength analysis for internal combustion engines in recent years are presented from both aspects of calculation (including stress and fatigue strength calculation) and experiment.On stress calculation the finite element method that is used widely today is mainly presented.The problems in researching on processing of boundary condition in calculation,vibration effect and theory and method of fatigue strength calculation are discussed and put forward.
