垂直矩形窄缝流道内的过冷流动沸腾换热 被引量:6

SUBCOOLED BOILING HEAT TRANSFER IN THE VERTICAL NARROW RECTANGULAR CHANNEL

摘要 本文研究了有压模化介质在垂直矩形窄缝流道内的过冷流动沸腾换热,考察了质量流速、断面平均过冷度和饱和压力对沸腾换热系数的影响,与Gungor关系式进行比较,流道的换热强化因于在13~21之间. Experimental results of F-12 boiling in vertical narrow rectangular channel with cross-section 35 × 2 mm2, and mass fluxes are between 700 1500 kg.m-2.s-1, heat fluxes are between 25 - 70 kW·m-2 and saturation pressure between 1.3-2.0 MPa, The effect of mass flux, subcooled temperature and saturation pressure on the heat transfer coefficients are reported in the paper. The heat transfer characteristics of this channel are also compared with the data from Gungor correlation; the enhancement factors of the channel are between 1.3 and 2.1.
