摘要
目的 研制股骨颈多针定位仪 ,寻找术中股骨颈定位钻孔的新方法。方法 5 6例股骨上端骨折患者应用定位仪进行DHS系统内固定术。结果 患者经 5个月～ 2年 (平均 11个月 )随访 ,患肢功能良好 ,未发生钢板断裂及髋内翻畸形等并发症。结论 使用多针定位仪 ,术中定位准确 。
Objective To find out a new device to localize the pins inserted into femoral neck during operation. Methods 56 cases of fractures of proximal femur were treated by using the localizer during internal fixation with DHS. Results After follow up for 5 to 24 months (mean 11 months), the cases made a excellent functional recovery of hip joint. There was no operative complication in these cases such as plate broken or deformation of the hip varus etc. Conclusion Using the localizer, the femoral neck can localize accurately and quickly in operation.
