重建型颈干交锁钉治疗复杂股骨骨折

Reconstructional neck-shaft interlocking nail for the treatment of complex femoral fracture

目的 探讨重建型颈干交锁钉固定复杂股骨骨折方法和疗效。方法 采用重建型颈干交锁钉内固定治疗 13例复杂股骨骨折。结果 12例获 11～ 2 6个月 (平均 19个月 )随访 ,骨折愈合时间 4～ 8个月 ,患肢关节功能恢复接近正常 ,无相关严重并发症发生。结论 重建型颈干交锁钉固定复杂股骨骨折牢靠 ,可早期功能锻炼 ,骨折愈合率高。闭合复位不影响骨折满意对位。

Objective To investigate the reconstructional neck shaft interlocking nail in the managment of complex femoral fractures. Methods 13 cases of the fractures were treated with closed reduction and reconstruction of neck stem interlocking nail. Results 12 cases were followed up for 19 months on average. The fracture healing time ranged from 4 to 8 months, joint movement and functions were basically normal without related severe complications. Conclusion Reconstrucstion of neck stem interlocking nail demonstrates obvious advantage of reliable fixation, early functional exercise and high rate of fracture union. Closed reduction is able to obtain satisfied reduction of comminuted fractures and affect little in blood supply of fracture tissues.
